Editorial Policy
Our goal
Every page should help the reader make a better decision. If a guide does not change what someone would do, it does not belong on the site.
How content is made
- Research. Guides draw on manufacturer and provider documentation and public industry data. Where numbers are estimates or ranges, we say so.
- Community perspective. Some pages include short, direct quotes from real operators posting publicly on vending industry forums, attributed by their public username with a link to the original post. We select quotes that add a genuine, specific perspective: never invented, never edited beyond trimming length, and never presented as our own.
- Independence. No company pays for coverage, placement, or a favorable review. Affiliate relationships never determine what we recommend, and they are disclosed on any page where they exist.
- Review. Guides covering money, legal setup, or safety get a second read before publishing.
Accuracy and updates
- Prices, fees, and provider terms change. Pages that depend on them carry a "last updated" date and are revised on a schedule.
- We do not give legal, tax, or financial advice. Guides point you to the right questions and the right professionals.
Corrections
If something is wrong, tell us. We fix errors promptly and, for anything significant, note the correction on the page.
